I recently had a home inspection that showed my attic fans had separated from the main housing. I reached out to Highlands Home Roofing, who installed my new roof and ventilation fans in 2021, to see if they could help me understand what happened. They immediately asked for photos, and by the next day, they were at my home to inspect the issue. They confirmed the problem and went a step further by contacting the manufacturer, who admitted there had been a design flaw and agreed to replace the attic fans at no cost. Highland Homes handled everything and didn’t charge me a dime for their time or work. It’s RARE these days to find a company that stands so firmly behind their work. Highland Homes put a metal roof on our house in 2024. They were excellent. On time, worked hard and fast, great quality and they cleaned up when they were finished.
